Cancellations & Refund

For Consultation, Online Puja & Online Advice Orders

Customers cannot cancel their online consultation or voice/video call consultancy timeslot or “Meet In Person” orders with our experts, once booking slot confirmed in writing (“site messages”) from them.

If a Service Provider cancels a confirmed order made via the Site, Services, and App, we will refund the Total Fees for such order to the applicable customer within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation which will not be more than 30 calendar days and ideally within 15 calendar days.

Email to support@indianastroexperts.com within 48 hours of cancellation of the order by the service provider. In the case of a refund, the service provider will not receive the associated fees and if already received then will be asked to return or get adjusted with money we owe to that service provider.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Get a RMA (Returns Authorisation) number from the seller/service provider by contacting the seller first, before posting your product back to them. You may communicate directly with seller and can agree on a refund of exchange.

Refunds

Once the seller receives your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) by informing IndianAstroExperts.com team who will do so on their behalf just as we collected the payment on their behalf. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (max 90 days), depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
